At Plaque Awards, we had the incredible opportunity to design and produce a large-format bespoke music award plaque for Alex Warren — celebrating his record-breaking achievement as the American artist with the longest consecutive #1 single streak in UK chart history.


This exclusive plaque concept was fully designed by our creative team at Plaque Awards UK, combining bold presentation with meticulous craftsmanship to create a one-of-a-kind centrepiece worthy of such a milestone.

The design features five 7-inch vinyl records — two silver, two gold, and one platinum — each representing a key single in Alex Warren’s chart-topping streak and symbolising the respective certification levels of his releases. The arrangement showcases a balance of prestige and visual impact, perfectly matching Alex’s rise in the international music scene.


Set against a striking monochrome portrait backdrop, the plaque highlights the artist’s name in bold lettering, flanked by the Atlantic Records and UK flag logos, marking this as an official recognition from the label. The combination of materials — metallic vinyl, layered acrylic, and premium printed substrates — reflects the luxury finish that has become a signature of Plaque Awards designs.
